Ken McCready, Chairman
President, K.F. McCready and Associates

From 1989 to 1996, Ken McCready was President and CEO of TransAlta Corporation, Canada's largest investor-owned electric utility. In 1990, he participated as one of 50 CEO charter members of the Business Council for Sustainable Development. He also served as Chair of the Alberta Round Table on the Environment and the Economy from 1990 to 1993. He is currently President of K.F. McCready & Associates, a sustainable energy development consulting company. Mr. McCready is a member of the Board of Directors of several Canadian corporations including EnCana Corporation. He is also Chair of the Minister of Natural Resource Canada's Advisory Board of Energy Science and Technology, and Policy Advisor of the Canadian Energy Council (the Canadian committee of the World Energy Council).

Brian Boulanger
Senior Vice-President, ARC Financial Corp

Brian Boulanger is Senior Vice-President of ARC Financial Corp. Brian's principal responsibilities in the Energy Development and Infrastructure area involve the origination, structuring, execution, monitoring and exit of investments in the infrastructure, power and non-conventional resource segments. Brian has worked with ARC for over 10 years and has been a director of several emerging companies based in Calgary. His education includes a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. In the community, he is active with the United Way of Calgary and Area and served as the 2008/09 Chair of the Board.

Allan Fowler
President and CEO, SpiderPlow Services Inc.

Allan Fowler is President and CEO of SpiderPlow Services Inc., an oilfield services company, which provides specialized pipelining services to the western Canadian oil & gas industry. Prior to joining SpiderPlow, Mr. Fowler was with ARC Financial Corp. for over seven years as Vice President where he focused on investing activities within the oilfield service sector and ARC's New Energy and Energy Technology Group. He has over eight years of chief financial officer positions with both public and private companies and five years of public practice experience in business valuations. Mr. Fowler is a member of the board of directors of SpiderPlow Services Inc. and Tantalus Systems Corp.

Rod Munro
President and CEO, Digital Oilfield

Rod Munro is the founder and President of Digital Oilfield Inc. a Calgary-based company that delivers Internet-based solutions that automate and integrate financial and operational processes between energy companies and their suppliers. In 1994, Mr. Munro founded Argus Technologies Inc. and led the company in the development of the Internet's first web-enabled mapping software. Prior to Argus, Mr. Munro was founder and President of Munro Garrett Inc., a leading provider of drilling, production and reservoir engineering software to the global energy industry. He is a graduate of Queen's University with a degree in Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering with Honors, and has over 25 years experience in the oil and gas and technology industries.

Jonathan Rhone

Jonathan Rhone is President and CEO of Nexterra Systems Corp. a leading developer and manufacturer of biomass gasification systems. He has an extensive track record with energy and technology businesses including Dome Petroleum, Amoco Canada and The Delphi Group. He serves on the Board of the BC Technology Industry Association (BCTIA), the BC Premier’s Technology Council and Chairs the BC Clean Tech CEO Alliance. In 2009 he was also honoured as the BCTIA's Person of the Year.
